Bus2alps was started in February 2003 after a train strike in Italy left students stuck in Florence and unable to reach Interlaken. By reacting to student demand, Bus2alps has more than doubled its rate of growth every year in terms of customers, in addition to the number of destinations and departure cities. Bus2alps has since expanded to six departure cities, Florence, Rome, Barcelona, Paris, Prague, and London (in addition to students in cities like Dublin and Amsterdam joining trips), and has over fifteen destinations. For 2012, Bus2alps will now be offering more fly-in trips that will bring our top quality experience to any student in Europe, in addition to our new Spring Break trips for those who are currently in the United States. Each Bus2alps trips are carefully planned and consistently updated to deliver quality travel to the customer.

A!  Bus2alps trips include round-trip transportation (with the exception of our fly in trips), accommodation at the top hostels at each destination, walking tours, a Bus2alps trip leader, a Bus2alps Informational City Guide, additional inclusions and exclusive Bus2alps discounts specific to each destination (see the tour description page for details of what is included and for attached itinerary that explains included). Bus2alps carefully selects what activities are included in the trips based on popularity. Bus2alps,also offers add-ons, some of which can be booked at the time of the trip. These optional activities are at an exclusive discounted price for Bus2alps (see the detailed itinerary for each trip about optional activities).

Q? I have friends studying in a different city in Europe and some that are not even studying abroad, but still in the United States. Can they join me on my trip?

A! All Bus2alps trips are designed for anyone in the world. We have either a bus and fly-in option or both for all Bus2alps tours. So, even if you are studying in Florence, your best friends studying in Amsterdam, London, Prague and even in the United State can join you on Spring Break in Greece.

Q? Are there any group discounts?

Q? Do I receive a discount if I book more than 1 trip at a time?

A! It is advisable to book multiple trips at one time. If you book 2 trips at once you receive a 5% discount, if you book 3 trips you receive a 7% discount. Grab a group of 10 or more for your multiple trips and you will receive an additional 10% off your booking.

Q? How do I know if I am booking with Bus2alps?

A! Be careful! Other companies often deliberately trick and scam students into thinking they are getting a genuine Bus2alps trip. Be wary as this has fooled students in the past. Always be sure by booking over our website www.bus2alps.com or contacting us directly at info@bus2alps.com to be sure!

Q? If we book separately can we stay in the same rooms?

A! All rooming assignments are done prior to the trip. The Bus2alps booking system allows you to request who you want to room with directly through your unique Bus2alps account after having booked your trip. This allows you to choose who you want to room with. In nearly all cases you will room with your friends

Q? If we cancel, can we get a refund?

A! Please check our cancellation and refund policy online or email info@bus2alps.com for an answer concerning your circumstances.

Q? What about travel insurance?

A! Cancellation and Travel insurance can now be added when you book a Bus2alps trip. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. For details of what is covered, please refer to www.bus2alps.com for details.

Q? If we already have accommodation booked or have friends where we are going, can we just
pay for transportation?

A! It is possible to organize transportation only. It will depend on the weekend and trip. You can contact info@bus2alps.com for details. In nearly every case it will be cheaper than flying or taking the train.
