Head to our hometown of Interlaken. This cozy mountain village of Interlakenis home to some of the most epic skiing and snowboarding in the world. Cruise winding mountain runs while taking in views of the expansive Swiss Alps before stopping for a delicious lunch of Swiss Rösti and a hot drink at the lodge. After a day on the slopes, unwind with Switzerland’s famously delicious chocolate. If you're skipping skiing altogether, indulge in a relaxing day at the spa or explore the picturesque town surrounded by crystal blue lakes. Following your fondue dinner, experience the Swiss Alps after sunset with a moonlit nightsled ride that will leave you breathless!
Please note: Based on past years' weather, we can not guarantee availability of snow-based activities. However, those participating in trips during these weekends will still be able to participate in other adventure activities not involving snow.

The trip departs from Differdange. You will receive more information prior with the exact location. Please meet your trip leader 30 minutes prior to departure. Travel to Interlaken is by private luxury coach with A/C, DVD, and toilet. We make one 45 minute stop. We play DVDs through the duration of the trip. Upon arrival in Interlaken, we will immediately check into our accommodation.
Your personal schedule for the weekend will be based on the activities you choose to do. Activities include skiing or snowboarding, skydiving, Swiss Alps Fest, paragliding, Zurich day trip, night sledding, snowshoeing, chocolate shows, hiking, plus loads more. On Saturday there will be an optional day trip to Zurich (if trip meets required numbers). Some activities are weather permitting so plan accordingly. Consult your Bus2alps Trip Leader or hostel staff for recommendations and weather updates. Meet your trip leader in the hostel reception if you would like any information on activities.
We will depart Interlaken for Differdange on Sunday afternoon. If you plan to do any activities, please inform the outdoor company what time you need to return by.
**Bus2alps guests get 5% off most extreme activities.** All activities are weather dependent.
Skiing/Snowboarding: Full rentals (board/skis, boots, and winter clothing) are available. The mountain region is called Jungfrau and consists of four main peaks with tons of open skiable terrain.
Swiss Alps Fest: Dance the night away in the famous Alpine town of Grindelwald. Compete in a kock-out sled race to win travel prizes!
Beginner Ski or Snowboard Package: Package includes rentals, lift ticket, instructor, and transportation to the mountain. Needs a minimum amount of participants to run.
Nightsledding: Go back to your childhood gliding down a moonlit trail deep in the Swiss mountains. Traditional Swiss Fondue dinner is included.
Snowshoe Trekking: Get your hiking fix while quelling your Alpine fix.
Skydiving: Freefall for 45 seconds over the beautiful Swiss Alps from 13,000 feet up. Heli-Skydiving is also available. Video and photos available at additional cost.
Paragliding: Suspend yourself well above the Swiss countryside, held on only by a parachute and your experienced guide helping you steer.
Jungfraujoch - The Top of Europe: Head 2,061 meters up by cog train to see the best views of the beautiful Swiss Alps.
Vertical Rush: Your heart rate will be tested against combinations of height, speed, and free fall on the Giant Swing, Highline, Speed Line and BASE jump Simulator.
Winter Adventure Park: This is a winter forest adventure of wooden bridges, tarzan swings and zip lines.
Swiss Food & Culture Tour: Visit a local farm, see cows and taste milk and cheese fresh from production, and then taste some of the world's best chocolate.
Interlaken Free Walking Tour: Guided by local experts you experience and learn about the beauty and history of Interlaken and its surroundings. It’s a gem in the midst of the Swiss Alps.
The Story of Switzerland: Learn about the eventful history of Switzerland – once a low-wage country and today known to be one of the richest countries in the world by gaining an insight into banking, the watch industry, and their national hero: William Tell.
