Fashion, art, history and romance thrive in France’s bustling capital. On top of that, this weekend there will be an Avicii concert in the stunning Palais Omnisports de Paris Bercy concert hall. When you're not partying at the show, you'll have time to discover Paris's chic blend of contemporary and age-old European culture. Shop along the Champs-Élysées, spend hours of wonderment in the Louvre, and take that iconic picture in front of the Eiffel Tower. You can spend the day admiring the royal opulence at Versailles, and the night partying at some of the world’s hottest clubs. Whether you’re into the Notre Dame or the Moulin Rouge, you will fall in love with the City of Lights!
Please note: The trip meets in Paris at the St. Christopher’s Hostel anytime after 16:00 Thursday afternoon. Transportation to this destination is not included. Please plan your arrival accordingly.

The trip meets in Paris anytime after Thursday at 16:00. You will be able to check into our accommodation anytime after 16:00 on Thursday. Plan flights accordingly. A Bus2alps trip leader will be available to help get you checked in.
After breakfast, we will depart at 10:00 with the Sandeman’s New Paris Walking Tour, which brings us to the Champs Elysee, Arc du Triumph, Notre Dame, Louvre, Musee d’Orsay, Bastille, plus much more. The tour is conducted in a humorous manner, but also brings together the story of Paris’s opulence, occupation by the Germans, and life since World War II. The tour last 3 hours. Afterwards, your trip leader will bring you to the Eiffel Tower. You will have time in the afternoon to check out the Louvre, Musee D’Orsay, and hang out at the Eiffel Tower.
Friday night is the Avicii concert. If you are attending, your trip leader will direct you to the Palais Omnisports de Paris Bercy venue in time for the doors to open at 20:00. If you are not attending the concert, the night is yours to check out Paris’s bustling nightlife, watch the Eiffel Tower light up with a bottle of wine and baguette, scope sunset at Sacre Coure or relax at the hostel.
You will have the whole day to explore one of Europe’s most encompassing cities. There is a surplus of museums, sights, and shopping. Consult your trip leader or your informational guide to find out further information about Paris’ best cultural spots and shopping deals. Make sure to give yourself time to check out the Louvre, Musee D’Orsay, Arc du Triomphe, or hang out at the Eiffel Tower. The night is yours to check out Paris’s bustling nightlife, watch the Eiffel Tower light up, scope sunset at Sacre Coure or relax at the hostel. We will organize a Pub Crawl with New Europe that meets at the hostel at 20:00. If you choose to go to Sacre Coure, you can meet the Pub Crawl at the Blanche Metro stop at 20:45. The Pub Crawl explores the exotic Montemartre district of Paris, home to the Moulin Rouge. The Pub Crawl ends at one of Paris’ many famous nightclubs. If you choose to not join the Pub Crawl, the Moulin Rouge has performances and is located a short metro ride from our accommodation. Or, watch the Eiffel Tower light up with a bottle of wine and baguette, scope sunset at Sacre Coure, or relax at the hostel.
Check out on Sunday is at 10:30. You will have the whole day until your flight to explore the rest of one of Europe’s most encompassing cities. There is a surplus of museums, sights, and shopping. Consult your Bus2alps trip leader or your informational guide to find out further information about Paris’s best cultural spots and shopping deals. Make sure to give yourself time to check out the Louvre, Musee D’Orsay, Arc du Triomphe if you haven’t already done so. Plan flights home accordingly.
New Paris Walking Tour: This tour explores centuries of Parisian history, romance, and beheading. New Europe shows you Paris as it was meant to be seen; by walking along the banks of the Seine, and through its royal gardens and squares. Visit Notre Dame, the Latin Quarter, Pont Neuf, The Louvre and Palais Royal all in one tour.
New Paris Pub Crawl: The New Paris Pub Crawl is the cheapest way to experience Paris’ posh nightlife. The first four bars are all located in the happening Montemartre district, near the Moulin Rouge. Afterwards, the Pub Crawl moves to a top club in Paris (with free entrance).
Versailles: The most famous palace in all of Europe and home to Marie Antoinette before she was beheaded, Versailles is accessed by the local train, a journey that takes 45 minutes from Paris.
